The dining area is to the rear
of the sitting room with a double door serving hatch to the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped
with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hobs, fridge-freezer
and ample kitchen utensils. There is an outside door opening onto
the covered terrace.
