Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is flexible. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. 3 Night minimum stay except July and August which have a minimum stay of 4 nights

Breakages

€2000 Euro to be transferred to the Owner's Bank Account 7 days prior to arrival returned less deductions for any breakages via the same method within 7 days of departure. Please ensure you advise the Owner of your Bank Details. There is an obligatory visitors tax to pay per day, per adult which will deducted from the breakages deposit.

Telephone

Internet - Wi-Fi. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc.,when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included, charging of Electric Cars will be extra if and where this facility is available.

Gas / Oil

For winter rental, logs can be provided and cost to be paid locally.

Bed Linen & Towels

Included.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: include. Maid service during your stay available (payabale locally). End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit

Pets

Well behaved dogs are accepted on request. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden/grounds.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 22.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
