Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival possible only by prior arrangement.m

Breakages

£700 to be paid by bank transfer to the owner before arrival and returned within 7 days, taxe de sejour ( local tourist tax will be deducted)

Telephone

Mobile phone reception good. Fast Wi-Fi broadband. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Netflix-Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Included,please do not leave the air-conditioning on when windows are open or the room if unoccupied. Pool can be heated for £110 GBP per week on request. Charging of Electric Cars will be extra if and where this facility is available.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Included. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included in the rental. Additional cleaning is available upon prior request, payable onsite. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden - please ensure you empty the rubbish bins regularly on the days noted, if full bins are left in the house at the end of the rental a charge may be levied. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 6.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
